Palletizing

Automated Pallet Warehouse
With SMB, you get a fully automated compact storage system equipped with an in-house truck shuttle system. Our fully automated warehouse delivers maximum transport performance across any number of storage levels. On each level, one or more rail-guided vehicles with integrated pallet shuttles serve the storage channels, either with single product types or a mix of Euro, industrial, and plastic pallets.

Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Our warehouse management system (WMS) was specifically designed for the automated pallet warehouse from SMB. The required material flow controller (MFC) is already fully integrated.

Material Flow Controller (MFC)

Order-Picking and Shipping Dock
For shipping dock and subsequent transport, goods are made available on schedule using SMB conveyor technology. Automated guided vehicles (AGVs) move the pallets from the pickup station to the truck, ensuring a seamless transition from internal logistics to external distribution.
