Repalletizing with Tilting Pallet Changer
The tilting method can be used for repalletizing all types of cartons, trays and containers. The SMB tilting pallet exchanger gently exchanges transport pallets using a fully automatic rotating and tilting movement. The tilting device neither pushes nor pushes the load, thus preventing damage caused by faulty pallets. The goods are repalletized in any order and optimally positioned on the pallet to achieve the best possible stacking pattern.

Background
We produce the tilting pallet exchanger in cooperation with the company NORTEC Automation GmbH. It is delivered completely pre-assembled and is available in different performance classes. Expansion functions, such as a protective sheet separator, can be booked individually. The control software of the pallet changer is created by specialists so that the palletizer can be individually adapted at any time. In continuous quality assurance, we incorporate the experiences of the users.
