Wide Range of Applications
The SMB single station filling system can be used to fill different container sizes – from 10-liter canisters to 1,000-liter containers. If required, smaller filling quantities (2/5 liters) can also be realized. The single station filling system consists of a separate filling point with scales and fuel scoop. The dosage is automatic. Small containers can be aligned by hand, but fully automatic operation with infeed and outfeed of the containers is also possible. The system's wide range of applications is the result of its suitability for food, ATEX certification, integrated leak testing and Inerting of the containers. Equipping the filling system with a hinged bracket or a radial filling column facilitates handling and optimizes the operating process. The single station system can be integrated into SMB's fully automatic conveyor and warehouse storage systems at any time, making it suitable for any application.
