Truck Shuttle Half Pallet
Storage system for Euro and half pallets
Optimized Warehouse Efficiency for Retailers and Discounters
The Truck Shuttle Half Pallet combines a a carrier vehicle (truck) with a pallet shuttle for the simultaneous handling of half pallets (800 × 600 mm) and Euro pallets (800 × 1,200 mm) within a warehouse layout.
An integrated turntable takes over the pallets directly at the control unit – quickly and without additional transfer stations. At the same time, the warehouse management system (WMS) automatically recognises the required pallet format and controls each storage and retrieval operation.

Flexible Pallet Handling Without Base Pallets
With the Truck Shuttle Half Pallet, food retailers benefit from a fully automated and powerful storage solution for Euro and half pallets. Through the consistent application of the FEFO principle (‘First Expired – First Out’) and comprehensive quality assurance measures, the system ensures reliable and order-accurate store delivery at all times.
The system processes pallets fully automatically – without changeovers, external pallet stacker or separate storage areas. Precisely programmed acceleration and braking profiles prevent the load from slipping. In the goods issue area, the pallets are ready and sorted by order, enabling store-specific picking of beverage containers, fast-moving items or promotional goods, while at the same time minimising the risk of incorrect deliveries.
