Automated Pallet Filling Systems

They are ideally suited for filling liquids in the chemical and paint industries or in food pre-production.

Internationally, the systems are also known as Combi-Filling-Devices. This is because the filling columns can fill several containers – from 20 to 1,000 liters – fully automatically and directly on the load carrier. Each container is opened, filled and closed again at one place

Laser pointers (portal solution) or modern camera systems are used to automatically search for bungs.

Our filling columns are suitable for the semi-automated filling of containers on pallets and also for containers.

With these semi-automatic filling systems, you can fill various types of containers ranging from 20-liter canisters to 1,000-liter IBCs with liquid products (dedicated products) – for example, with paints, varnishes or preliminary products for the cosmetics industry.
