Our Three Maintenance Packages
The SMB service concept is a multi-level offer.
It offers the option of specifying an individual service that is tailored to the respective project or system. The individual stages of the service concept are modules that are coordinated with each other, but can be purchased separately.
The content of each service concept level is defined individually with the customer before the offer is submitted.
PSP Standard
In our standard package, our service team is available to you via our hotline in the event of a fault or if you have any queries. Support is provided remotely and as quickly as possible. We charge for our support on a time and material basis. This service package also includes an inspection, which extends the warranty to 24 months.
PSP Standard + Preventive
This package includes all the services of the standard package. On top of this comes the continuous maintenance of your system - every six months. We also define a fixed response time within which we take care of the repair or rectification of the fault on your premises. All of this is set out in a contractual agreement including a fixed term.
PSP Complete
As the name suggests, this is the most comprehensive service package we offer. In addition to the maintenance of all mechanical components, it also includes the controls and electronics. The maintenance interval is at least every six months or at even shorter intervals on request. In addition to our hotline and remote support, our service team is also available on site. In an emergency, you can reach us around the clock, seven days a week.

Palletizing Systems
Our palletizing systems are useful helpers for optimizing production processes and work steps around the pallet: SMB develops integrated intralogistics solutions for the automated palletizing, depalletizing, repalletizing and stacking of load carriers.
Warehouse Storage Systems
At SMB, we plan and design automated warehouse storage systems. We specialize in Automated Pallet Warehouses and can provide you with a fully automated compact warehouse with an in-house Truck Shuttle System.
