Our fully automatic Pallet Filling Systems are particularly suitable for small-batch filling.
These special filling systems can be fully automated in stages and transport the empty containers on pallets to the filling station. For this, we use conveyor technology that we have manufactured in our in-house manufacturing. To search for bungs, we use either a laser pointer or modern camera technology, which determines the correct bunghole position Filling is carried out using one of three filling methods: below-surface, below-bunghole or above-surface filling. Multi-layer filling is also possible in a semi-automatic version.
This means that the system can reliably process any palletized unit loads.
