Your tasks:

  • Project management:
    Holistic planning, control and monitoring of projects in the areas of automated high-bay warehouses and filling systems. Responsibility for adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards.
  • Technical conception:
    Development of technical concepts, layouts and functional specifications, taking into account customer requirements
  • Customer communication:
    You are the mouthpiece to our customers, understand their wishes and develop customized solutions.
  • Risk management:
    You keep a cool head in unforeseeable situations and proactively find solutions.
  • Team leadership:
    Motivation, coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary teams of engineers (m/f/d) and technicians (m/f/d). Promote positive team dynamics to achieve common goals.
  • Conflict resolution:
    Act as a mediator (m/f/d) and resolve any conflicts within the team to create a productive and harmonious working environment.

Your profile:

  • Professional qualification:
    (Technical) university degree in mechanical engineering, technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d), ideally with relevant professional experience
  • Technical understanding:
    In-depth technical understanding in the field of mechanical engineering and automation technology, as well as knowledge of applicable standards and guidelines
  • Project management skills :
    Knowledge in the application of project management methods and tools.
  • Decision-maker:
    Your clear decisions, even in complex situations, give the team orientation and security.
  • Willingness to travel:
    Willingness to undertake occasional business trips as part of project work.
  • Tools:
    Confident handling of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Autodesk products is an advantage
  • Language skills:
    Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
