Mechanical production
In our mechanical production department, you will have various turning, milling, grinding and drilling machines and welding equipment at your disposal for your work. With their help, you will cover the parts required for component and machine assembly or process the welded assemblies for production.
Your tasks in mechanical production:
- Steel and stainless steel processing
- Production of welded assemblies made of aluminum, steel and stainless steel
- Carrying out mechanical work on metal materials (sawing, drilling, grinding, welding) to manufacture components
- Bending sheet metal on the folding bench
- General locksmith work
Your equipment:
The mechanical production department is robust. Sturdy workbenches that can take a beating. Good machines are the centerpiece: milling machines, lathes, whatever is needed. Proper measuring technology is essential, precision is everything. And of course protective equipment, safety first.

State-of-the-art CNC maschines await you in our in-house CNC department. You will program and operate these high-tech systems to produce components with maximum precision and speed. We work with Siemens Sinumerik and Hurco WIN MAX control systems. Computer-aided control is used to remove material from a production block and shape it into the desired form - a fascinating task for any technology enthusiast.
As a cutting machine operator, metalworker or fitter, you have the necessary know-how to get started in CNC production. Your expertise in metalworking is required to ensure the best quality and adherence to deadlines.
