Your tasks:
- Management of approx. 15 employees from the machining, sheet metal working and metalworking departments
- Planning production orders, taking into account capacities, material availability and requirement deadlines and solving bottlenecks
- Creation of work plans, adaptation of production parts lists and feasibility checks
- Close coordination with assembly, development and external service companies
- Designing changes within metal production and related processes
Your profile:
- Master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of metalworking with a focus on machining or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in metalworking, management experience an advantage
- Good knowledge of continuous improvement processes
- Basic CAD knowledge (Autodesk knowledge an advantage)
- Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics an advantage)
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in industrial training
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Assertiveness, structured way of working and initiative for the continuous improvement process
