Your tasks:
- Contribute to the development and expansion of the HR department at SMB International
- Managing and monitoring our personnel recruitment, e.g. via job advertisements, recruitment agencies, temporary employment agencies, job fairs, etc.
- Accompanying the entire application process, screening incoming applications and pre-selecting suitable candidates as well as conducting interviews in cooperation with the specialist departments
- Collaboration in on- and off-boarding and associated processes (drawing up employment contracts, certificates and references)
- Maintenance of the time recording system
- Support with monthly payroll accounting
Your profile:
- Commercial vocational training, degree or comparable and suitable qualifications
- Experience in the HR department
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Knowledge of Lexware Lohn+Gehalt and the personnel administration software Easy-HR
- High social competence with a strong service orientation
- A reliable, structured and independent way of working and openness to new processes
