Your tasks in financial and asset accounting:
- Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Checking incoming and outgoing invoices
- Carrying out and maintaining weekly payment runs and dunning procedures
- Checking and accounting for travel expenses
- Comprehensive fleet management
- Continuous recording and assessment of additions and disposals of fixed assets
- Quarterly reconciliation and account clarification
- Preparatory year-end closing work such as inventory preparation and stock value determination
Your tasks in project work:
- (Joint) responsibility for challenging projects
- Preparation of evaluations and reports
- Preparation of statistics and foreign trade reports
Your profile and strengths:
- Completed training as a financial accountant (m/f/d) or comparable experience in the field of accounting, reporting and VAT
- Organizational and team skills as well as the ability to work independently and responsibly
- Enthusiasm and commitment for new projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and S-Firm desirable
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications (especially Excel)
